Andrew Raad
Andrew Raad is a third generation Sydney property developer. For many years he worked in construction site project management, real estate, and as Director of a development and construction company. He holds a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management).
Andrew established InvestRite Australia Pty Ltd and InvestRite Finance Pty Ltd in 2003 to share his knowledge and expertise with investors to help them achieve their lifestyle and financial goals through purpose built property investment opportunities. He is also the Licensee in Charge of InvestRite’s property management operations.
Andrew’s specialist skills are his understanding of property development and ability to identify undervalued areas of Sydney with high potential for capital growth and strong rental returns.
