Andrew Raad Managing Director

Andrew Raad has successfully experienced project management on construction sites, worked in Real Estate for several years, completed a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management), become a Director of a Development and Construction Company and recently and established InvestRite Australia Pty Ltd and InvestRite Finance Pty Ltd. Andrew serves as Managing Director for both companies. Andrew is also the Licensee in Charge of the company’s property management operations.

His particular skills lie in the understanding of development and has the ability to identify the under valued area’s which have a high potential of capital growth over a shorter period of time compared to the average property.

Andrew was born in Sydney and has lived here all his life. He is a third generation developer. With the knowledge passed down through the family, Andrew is communicating his knowledge and expertise to investors to help them achieve their goals through purpose built property investment.

Andrew has chosen to surround himself with very experienced and educated people in the fields of property, management and finance who will assist him to build a very strong, successful business which will go on to become an industry leader in a minimal amount of time.
