Bill Klohn General Manager

Bill Klohn has over 25 years’ industry experience drawn from senior management and sales administration appointments in the residential construction sector.

Prior to joining InvestRite Australia, Bill successfully established and led a division of Masterton Homes. Since 1994, William has been at the forefront of Access Housing Pty Ltd, supplying accountants and financial planning groups with residential investment housing.

His particular skills lie in the identification of residential investment opportunities for his clients by way of capital growth backed by secure tenancy.

Bill has a Diploma of Management from The College of Professional Studies, a Real Estate Agents Licence, and has been a holder of Proper Authority with Landmark Property Syndicates Limited.

He is currently the General Manager for InvestRite Australia Pty Ltd and a Director of Access Housing Pty Ltd.
